As we're are a small business run by 1 person, I strive to provide the same, if not better, quality policies as the biggest business in Aotearoa does.

I know where our products end up. In your home, in schools, with children, with plants, etc. So I make sure all of our products are made with love and positive energy. I believe if I make your product with bad energy, you'll feel that and most likely wont come back. + we all know the world could do some more aroha.

Delivery Time
Last minute gifts, short notice buying or simply the modern day expectation of order one day and arrive the next, I strive to make sure your products get to you as quickly as possible. Please take into consideration the delays that Covid-19 has posed and know that I am trying my best.

Click & Collect
Until The Plant Pā grows to become a main hustle, I'm currently based at my parents' home and so please give some notice and time to collect your order, if I haven't been in contact already.

I strive to provide the best quality I can with your products. If you feel you've received your products in an inadequate state, please let me know via our contacts page and I'll do my best to sort the issue out.
